Pelham's restaurant has been given a culinary makeover by the hotel's new Executive Chef Philippe Egalon, as part of the Bund 2 Experience. With vibrant colours, playful presentation and delectable flavours, the new menu is full of eye-catching dishes that will excite all of your senses. Creative delights are such as Nigiri Sushi Bon Bon, Ceviche Tortilla Salad and Black Angus
Tenderloin served with gingered porcini, asparagus and soy bean sprout caramel. A la carte and set menus are available from the 4th September, 2017.
