Grand Brasserie is serving up three delicious "Surf & Turf" set menus this season, presenting some of the finest ingredients from land and sea sumptuously prepared by our culinary team. Mouthwatering mains of Sirloin, Seared Seabass and Fried Shrimp, Rib Eye and Cod Fish, and Grilled Tenderloin and Half Lobster are accompanied by Parma Ham, Smoked Salmon and Foie Gras or Mushroom Soup as a starter, and rounded off with an exquisite Chocolate Gateau for dessert. The Surf & Turf menus are available everyday during lunch and dinner except Sunday lunch, starting from RMB388 per person.
